Het magnesium in Magnesium Biologisch is volledig afkomstig uit natuurlijke bron, namelijk zeesla met de Latijnse naam Ulva lactuca. Dit eetbare zeewier, dat lijkt op gewone sla, komt in alle zeeën voor en groeit vooral op rotsen in de buurt van de kust. De zeesla die gebruikt wordt voor Magnesium Biologisch, wordt geoogst in speciaal geselecteerde gebieden in Europa waar het water zo schoon mogelijk is. Het wier wordt met de hand van de rotsen afgehaald waarbij zeker wordt gemaakt dat een deel van het wier vastgehecht blijft aan de rots zodat het weer volledig uit kan groeien. Dit is een zeer duurzame manier van oogsten. Vervolgens wordt de zeesla gedroogd in speciale kassen waarbij gebruikgemaakt wordt van zonne-energie. Als volgende stap vindt een speciaal ontwikkeld extractieproces plaats met behulp van zeewater. Na een tweede droogstap ontstaat een zeesla-poeder dat maar liefst 25% magnesium bevat. Dit poeder wordt door Vitals verwerkt in een biologisch gecertificeerd magnesium-supplement.

Cute toy and super tough!

Dog approved.

I’m a 70 lbs Goldendoodle (supposed to be 65, don’t ask) and I love cheese. Real cheese. Sharp cheddar with sourdough bread is my dream, but apparently I’m “on a health journey,” so my people bought me this instead.
Does this bone actually taste like cheese? No. I am not fooled.
Do I still enjoy chewing it loudly while my humans are trying to watch TV? Absolutely yes.
This bone satisfies my need to chew and my emotional desire for cheese-adjacent activities. It keeps me busy, saves the furniture, and lets me crunch dramatically during important dialogue scenes. The yellow color is nice — very cheese-coded — although some cheeses are white, so just something to consider for future versions.
Also, good news: it doesn’t smell like cheese at all, which my humans seem very grateful for. Apparently they don’t want the carpet to smell like a deli. Weird.
Final verdict:
Not cheese.
Still enjoyable.
Would chew again.
