Over Zeta

Bodegas Espana Autentica is opgericht uit een vriendengroep, die ieder dezelfde passie hadden; nastreven van kwaliteit en wijnen. Jaar van oprichten 2005 en het idee was een goede mix te brengen tussen de oude Spaanse tradities van wijnmaken en de nieuwe wereld aanpak. Het toepassen van inheemse Spaanse druivenrassen staat hoog in het vaandel. Cava is mousserende witte wijn gemaakt volgens de méthode traditionelle in Spanje, binnen een afgebakend gebied. Dit gebied beperkt zich tot Catalonië en Pénedes. Voor 1986 kon Cava overal uit Spanje komen. De betere Cava's kwamen altijd al uit het noordelijk deel van Spanje. Dit zijn dan meestal wel de wat duurdere. Maar kwaliteit betaalt zich wel.

De Cava heeft een minimale rijpingsperiode van 18 maanden.
