Dit wiel is voorzien van de DT Swiss 350- naaf . De opbouw is gebaseerd op DT Competition® Race-spaken in een drievoudige kruisverspanning, wat een uitstekende weerstand tegen belasting biedt met behoud van een beheersbaar gewicht. Het ontwerp is gericht op intensief gebruik in het bike park, bij enduro of bij veeleisend all-mountain-rijden.

De EX 1700 CLASSIC is bovendien E-Bike Ready -gecertificeerd tot 250 W. Het interne profiel van 30 mm zorgt ervoor dat brede banden goed op hun plaats blijven, wat leidt tot betere stabiliteit en meer controle tijdens afdalingen.
