I vigneti di Villa Russiz si trovano in un terreno marnoso, nella zona di Capriva del Friuli: dopo la vendemmia e la fermentazione, prima di essere imbottigliato il vino sosta per almeno otto mesi sulle fecce fini.
La malvasia istriana si abbina bene con le pietanze a base di funghi, sia antipasti che primi piatti. Da provare anche con un piatto di gnocchi di zucca con ricotta affumicata.

Fun and good read!

I finished this book faster than I’d like to admit but it was a good read by the pool! It captured me from the beginning and there were very short to almost no dull or boring moments. It was slightly predictable but if you’ve seen other MC shows or read other MC books, you know they’re all similar. Overall would recommend!
