Bij het idee om een eigen Champagne te gaan ontwikkelen zochten de eigenaren van Chateau Miraval contact met niemand minder dan de familie Péters. Dat is geen onbekende als het gaat om de allerbeste Champagnes uit Frankrijk. De familie Péters, gevestigd in Le Mesnil-sur-Oger, staat internationaal bekend om haar champagnes. Met als vlaggeschip de blanc de blancs-stijl, die het sinds 1919 van haar eigen druiven maakt. 'Fleur de Miraval is het resultaat van vijf jaar werk, onderzoek en proeven. Allemaal in het grootste geheim', zegt Rodolphe Péters, die tegenwoordig het landgoed van zijn familie runt. Waarvan de familie momenteel zelfs 40 hectare in wijngaarden van grand cru bezit.De samenstelling van Champagne Fleur de Miraval
Voor deze zogezegde Exclusivement Rose wordt er gebruik gemaakt van de mooie Chardonnay druiven. Daarbij wordt er een kleine toevoeging gedaan van Pinot Noir. Hierdoor krijgt hij zijn prachtige lichte roze kleur. De methode om deze Champagne te maken draagt de naam rosé de saignée, een techniek die zeer weinig voorkomt in de Champagne en enkel is weggelegd voor de top Champagnes. Het is dezelfde methode die wordt gebruikt om Provence rosé te produceren bij Miraval. Zo is er een belangrijke knipoog naar de Provence.Slechts 20 duizend flessen beschikbaar
Het is een echte Exclusivement Rose, want jaarlijks worden er voor de gehele wereld maar twintig duizend flessen afgevuld. Maar voordat het zo ver is rijpt de Champagne Fleur de Miraval maar liefst 36 maanden in de oogverblindende kelders in het plaatsje Le Mesnil-sur-Oger. Alles komt samen in deze fles rosé, want alle families werken nauw samen en delen hun kennis wat resulteert in een soort top segment uit de Champagne streek.Champagne Fleur de Miraval Rose wordt gelakt
De fles Champagne Fleur de Miraval Exclusivement Rose ziet er prachtig uit. De buitenzijde is namelijk gelakt en voorkomt dat het prachtige sap in aanraking komt met UV licht. Zo behoud het verfijnde sap al zijn eigenschappen, precies zoals Brad Pitt en Angelina Jolie het bedoelt hebben. Het is een feest om te openen en zeer exclusief want er komen maar een aantal flessen naar Nederland. Het feest begint bij het inschenken van deze Fleur de Miraval Rosé, een prachtige licht roze kleur met een rode schittering is wat onze ogen zien. De mooiste geuren komen vrij uit het glas en we noteerden nuances van aardbei, framboos, grapefruit en limoen. De smaak is een ware belevenis; de zachte bubbel geeft de tong een elegant gevoel. Tevens ontdek je indrukken van rijp rood fruit en lichte tonen van gebrande noten en limoen. De aanhoudende krachtige smaak is erg verfijnd en we herkennen dan ook veel mineralen, citrus fruit en wat vanille. The perfect companion to Hands of Light
Format: Paperback
I love Barbara Brennan's first book Hands of Light, which I read waaaaay back when it first came out! Could not put it down and it was the one that got me started on spiritual path and exploring healing practices such as Reiki, Jin Shin Jyutsu, IET and all the other energy healing modalities. Now I am reading Light Emerging and as her first book is, it's so informative. This one is focusing on personal healing, healer and patient interaction, relationships and energy interaction and how to create positive patterns, and more. I would love to go to the Barbara Brennan School of Healing one day but in the meantime these books will carry me through to learning about healing and express myself in a more loving & nurturing way for myself and for others. This book & her first book are a must for anyone interested in exploring these types of therapy and discovering their own built-in ability to heal with energy. Enjoy!

Well written book. The author really explains EFT Tapping well. Detailed review...

Well, I must say that before reading this book, I was a doubting Thomas about EFT Tapping. Then I looked up eBooks about controlling pain naturally and rediscovered EFT Tapping method for relieving pain, anxiety, Stress and more. While I found lots of books here on Amazon (Kindle versions), what I needed was a MANUAL for EFT Tapping....You know, a basic yet effective HOW TO (Illustrated) book.
1) This is the exact book I was looking for, a how to book. No fluff, just helpful stuff.
2) So I read this book and then I tried the tapping how to do. She explained that tapping with one hand is best, I tied it and it worked.
3) This book is more of a beginner book, a starting g point. However I did some tapping (just started), and my shoulder pain went from a 8 to a 4 after the first try.
(I think this worked for me because when I stress, my right shoulder (old injury) hurts.
This book has been both inspiring and helpful for me personally, I intend to continue to refer to this book and keep on Tapping!

Fantastic Author!

I love this Tessa Cason’s work. EFT is such a wonderful technique to work through difficult things. Tessa is so clear in her writing about what this technique is about and how it works. She gives great explanations of EFT and how it works. Makes it easy to understand and use EFT for yourself. I highly recommend her books to people who are both new and those who are experienced with EFT.

Basic
Pros - very short and basic. Cons - a little disjointed. I was hoping to know what I needed to know to start tapping after reading this book, but it left me somewhat confused. Luckily it was so inexpensive that I still feel like I got my money's worth.

WOW.

I’ve read several books on EFT tapping and have tapped along with various led tapping sessions and recordings. Not one thing ever changed AT ALL. I was very skeptical and couldn’t understand why so many people were so sold on EFT and raves how amazingly it had worked for them and I was getting NOTHING out of it at all. Recently after I experienced several tremendous losses within a short time period and was not able to deal with the overwhelming and debilitating grief, I hit the wall and was incapacitated physically, mentally, emotionally, and spiritually. My doctor raved to me about it again and strongly recommended that I learn more about energy work, EFT, and DO IT...IMMEDIATELY. Somehow browsing on Amazon, I found this GEM. This little book has made ALL the difference. Now I understand what it is, why it works and best of all HOW to make it work for me. The author gives an issue that everyone needs to tap on before anything else...and darned if she wasn’t right. That cleared and opened a lot for me. I am absolutely going to be purchasing more of her work on specific issues and I really feel that I am finally going to heal these issues on a deep and profound level. The overwhelming sense of grief and loss goes much further back than I had thought. I had thought it all centered around quite recent extreme losses but there was actually so much more I hadn’t addressed that happened way before that that deeply impacted me in ways that I never realized before this book. I wish I had found this book years ago and will be forever grateful to the author. Tapping looks weird, seems weird, feels weird and it’s hard to believe that it really works...but yes...it works. I am just getting started with EFT and am very hopeful and anticipatory of receiving great benefits from it. One of the very best (and incredibly affordable!) purchases I have EVER made.
