Het is belangrijk om de wijn een tijdje te laten ademen nadat deze is geopend, om de volheid van zijn aroma's te ontwikkelen. Als slechts een deel van de wijn wordt geconsumeerd, kan de rest jarenlang in de fles worden bewaard. Denk eraan om de extra kurk te gebruiken die u bij de wijn krijgt, zodat deze volledig is afgedicht. We raden aan om de fles rechtop te bewaren, weg van extreme temperaturen. Serveer op een temperatuur van ca. 18ºC. Als de wijn vele jaren in de fles wordt bewaard, kan er zich een natuurlijk bezinksel vormen. Dit is een teken van leven en maakt deel uit van de natuurlijke kwaliteiten van deze echte MADEIRA. We raden je aan om het goed te serveren, zodat het niet troebel wordt. Indien gewenst kan de wijn worden gedecanteerd.
