Vintage Rapport:
2017 was een droge jaargang met koele nachten en de afwezigheid van uitzonderlijke hittegolven leiden tot langzame, gelijkmatige rijping.

2017 brengt een prachtige frisse wijn op met hoge natuurlijke zuren en volledig rijpe tannines. De droge omstandigheden resulteerden in gezonde wijngaarden met kleinere bessen met een goede kleur- en smaakconcentratie.

Serveertip 1 : Karafferen  - Zeker enkele uren op voorhand karafferen ! Door de wijn veel lucht te geven worden de tannines versneld zachter. Karafferen gaat zo: schenk de wijn over in een ruime karaf zodat de wijn goed in contact komt met zuurstof. De aroma's komen zo mooi 'los' en de wijn 'geeft' zich beter.

Temperatuur : 15°C en bij zomerse temperaturen tussen 14°C en 15°C
