Introducing The Carousel token pack – a must-have collection for Blood on the Clocktower fans who are eager to expand their games with all the Experimental tokens released so far.
This token set includes every Experimental character we’ve released to date, giving you a chance to dive deeper into the ever-expanding world of Blood on the Clocktower. Three token boxes are also included, giving plenty of space to keep everything organised and ready for play.

What IS the Carousel?

The Carousel is an Experimental Token Set - a collection of physical tokens including every Experimental Character released so far. This includes all Experimental Characters included in the Kickstarter edition (with any updated abilities), but does not include any characters from the base game, as those are not Experimental.

And Experimental means exactly that!
While we expect that most of these abilities are in their final form and will eventually appear in the planned expansion scripts, some may still evolve, and many other Experimental characters have not been publicly released yet

What ISN'T the Carousel??

The Carousel is not an expansion, in the sense that it is not curated character sets released with their own scripts and design goals—like the three base sets you already know and love, or the ones teased in the end pages of the main rulebook.
The Carousel is a bulk release of all the current experimental characters into one physical product. This is so that people playing in-person can have access to the same full suite of experimental characters that have been made available in Blood on the Clocktower Online, giving everyone the same Clocktower experience while we continue to work on the expansion scripts.

What's IN the Carousel?

We’ve kept this one simple, to create an affordable product for those who want these tokens sooner rather than later. There’s no fancy display box, there’s no scripts (as this isn’t an expansion) and there’s no physical almanac.
What you will get is 7 punchboards full of all of those shiny new tokens, with reminder tokens and a few more night tokens thrown in too. There’s also three custom-designed token boxes, which neatly fit into the Grimoire (with a bit of careful planning).

(Side note: We do imagine you all know this but, yes, the game Blood on the Clocktower is required to make full use of The Carousel tokens. Unless you just want to look at the lovely icon art).
