In seguito all'accurata vendemmia e alla fermentazione, le uve sostano per circa 12 14 mesi in piccole botti di rovere francese e in botte
Giallo paglierino carico. Al naso si avvertono note floreali, profumi fruttati di mela e frutta esotica; al palato è di buona struttura, fresco ed equilibrato.Prodotto in Piemonte dall'azienda vinicola Saracco, Prasué è ottenuto esclusivamente da uve chardonnay coltivate nei comuni di Castiglione Tinella e Castagnole. In seguito all'accurata vendemmia e alla fermentazione, le uve sostano per circa 12-14 mesi in piccole botti di rovere francese e in botte grande, conferendo al vino struttura e ulteriori sfumature aromatiche.
Ideale come aperitivo, l'abbinamento spazia da antipasti e secondi di pesce a formaggi freschi e carni bianche.

Love these!

We use these quite often. I try to reduce our carbon footprint as much as possible and not only are these the best value we have found for compostable plates, they are also more sturdy than traditional paper plates. I don't think I will ever go back to non compostable plates.
