La bocca è ben delineata nella trama tannica, speziata e fresca, gradevolmente minerale e di lunga persistenza.Fermentazione in acciaio con macerazione di dieci giorni sulle bucce, invecchiamento in barrique di rovere francese per venti mesi, e ancora lungo affinamento in bottiglia prima della commercializzazione: gli ingredienti sono semplici, e come si sa, è spesso dalla semplicità che nasce l’eccellenza. Eccellenza che in questo caso è garantita da altri due elementi non di poco conto, quali la “Vigna Castel Ringberg” da cui sono raccolte le uve, e la cantina di “Elena Walch” che produce questo Lagrein. Un Lagrein interpretato nella versione “Riserva”, che sarà capace di regalarvi tantissime soddisfazioni. Sposatelo all’arrosto di vitella lardellato, e vedrete che vi risveglierà tutti i sensi in un solo istante.
Da stappare insieme con le carni rosse, è ottimo per essere abbinato all’arrosto di vitella lardellato.

Love these socks!
The wife struggles with socks. She only like the Nike ones, then they discontinued them, so had to start the search again! Found these, they are expensive just like the Nike, but the size is true, they look great, they are super soft and stretchy. They are light weight and breathable and seem to wick away moisture.
