Toepassing
Solgar Liquid Vitamin D-3 (druppels) bevat de meest effectieve vorm van vitamine D. Vitamine D verhoogt de opname van calcium in de botten. Vitamine D heeft een positieve invloed op het immuunsysteem. Extra vitamine D wordt gebruikt ter aanvulling van de voeding of bij verhoogde behoefte (zoals bij kinderen, ouderen en zwangere vrouwen). Mensen met een donkere huid of mensen die om enige reden de huid onvoldoende blootstellen aan daglicht, hebben eveneens een verhoogde behoefte.
Aanbevolen dosering
Als voedingssupplement voor volwassenen 0,5 ml bij een maaltijd innemen. Drie druppels bevatten ca. 500 IE. Schudden voor gebruik. Aanbevolen dosering niet overschrijden.
