Velvet wordt gemaakt van katoen of zijde. De stof wordt geweven, zodat er kleine, opstaande lusjes ontstaan. Deze lussen worden vervolgens doorgeknipt, waardoor er kleine haartjes ontstaan die zacht aanvoelen. Hierdoor krijgt het velvet zijn karakteristieke chique uiterlijk. De poten zijn gemaakt van zwart gepoedercoat metaal.

De stoelen worden geleverd als een gemakkelijk bouwpakket; alleen de poten moeten gemonteerd worden voordat je de meest comfortabele avonden kan beleven.

De Reims is verder nog verkrijgbaar in 4 andere kleuren: donkergroen, grijs, lichtgrijs en roze!

I saw these advertised on Instagram and immediately purchased a 4 pack. I really wanted them to work but after trying them on 4-5 different steel surfaces I couldn't'[t get any of them to stick well or hold anything heavier than a wet towel. Maybe a bad batch? A shame.
