Benzine-houtsplijters zijn uitgerust met een moderne motor die voldoet aan de EURO V-emissienorm. De benzine-houtsplijter KS 27TKG 65/55 met een splijtkracht tot 27 ton combineert de mogelijkheden van horizontale en verticale geautomatiseerde processen.

BETROUWBARE KRACHTIGE BEDRIJFSMOTOR

Krachtige en betrouwbare K&S benzinemotoren voldoen aan alle Europese kwaliteitsnormen, inclusief de nieuwste EURO V-emissienorm. Elke motor is voorzien van een uniek serienummer waarmee de productie- en servicekwaliteit kan worden gecontroleerd.

    HOUTSPLIJTKLOOF VAN GEHARD STAAL

    De aan een stalen frame gelaste houtkloofwig is gemaakt van gehard staal. Daarom kan het stalen frame zware belastingen weerstaan en zowel droge als natte houtstammen splijten. De houtklover kan optioneel worden uitgerust met een 4-zijdige houtkloofwig (KS 27T-BL), die zijn productiviteit verdubbelt.

      MAXIMALE VEILIGHEID

      Tweehevel-besturingssysteem zorgt voor maximale veiligheid van de bediener. Elke houtklover wordt compleet geleverd met een polycarbonaat veiligheidsbril, beschermende handschoenen en gehoorbescherming.

      INSTELBARE WERKPOSITIE

      Het model combineert de mogelijkheden van horizontale en verticale geautomatiseerde processen en is daardoor bijzonder geschikt voor het splijten van grote stammen. Men hoeft de houtstam niet te hoog op te tillen.

      HYDRAULISCHE HOUTSPLIJTER

      Door hun soepele werking maken hydraulische houtklovers een veilige splitsing van stammen mogelijk, zodat u voldoende tijd heeft om een andere stam in te leggen.

      ACCESSOIRES

      De machine kan worden geleverd met een optioneel metalen beschermrooster (KS 27T-PC) voor extra bescherming van de bediener tegen houtspaanders tijdens het splijten.

      EENVOUDIG TRANSPORT

      De houtklover is uitgerust met pneumatische wielen voor gemakkelijke verplaatsing, zelfs op oneffen oppervlakken zoals grind of zand. Het model is bovendien voorzien van een steunwiel met rem en een trekhaak voor voertuigen.
