Ingredienten
Vulstof (Microkristallijne cellulose), Anti-klontermiddelen (Magnesiumstearaat, Siliciumdioxide) , Melatonine.
Gebruik
Om lekker in te slapen, 1-2 uur voor het slapen gaan de tabletjes met water innemen. Om de nachtrust te bevorderen, 1/2 uur voor het slapen gaan de tabletjes met water innemen. Bij voorkeur op een vast tijdstip. Doseringsadvies: 1 tabletje per keer.
Bewaaradvies
Bij kamertemperatuur (15-25°C) op een droge en donkere plaats bewaren.

Eye opening and powerful

TD Jakes gives great insight into who we are and how to find purpose in this book. His illustrations and insights into the lives of Elisha and Elijah are really good. His focus on doing well where we are and being faithful in our current season were just what I needed to hear.
