Vitamine B Complex Actief van Vitals bevat een ruime dosering van alle B-vitaminen en gerelateerde stoffen. Hierbij is waar mogelijk gekozen voor biologisch actieve (co-enzymatische) vormen. Dit geldt voor vitamine B2 (riboflavine- 5’-fosfaat, R-5’-P), B6 (pyridoxal-5’-fosfaat, P5P), B12 (methylcobalamine en adenosylcobalamine, ook wel dibencozide) en folaat (5-methyltetrahydrofolaat, 5-MTHF). Het voordeel hiervan is dat deze niet eerst omgezet hoeven te worden alvorens als co-enzym werkzaam te kunnen zijn in de stofwisseling. Het zijn dus de lichaamseigen vormen en vaak ook de vormen waarin B-vitaminen in voeding voorkomen. Let op: Gebruik van een supplement met riboflavine kan zorgen voor een (onschuldige) heldergele verkleuring van de urine. Dit product is een voedingssupplement (Vitaminepreparaat). Hou je aan de aanbevolen dosering. Een gevarieerde, evenwichtige voeding en een gezonde levensstijl zijn belangrijk. Een voedingssupplement is geen vervanging van een gevarieerde voeding. Updated review: spitting and splintering
UPDATE:
Originally, one of the boards arrived with a split in it, but I was still happy with them. After a few weeks of light use, hand washing and drying of the boards, I figured it was time to update this review and knock these down to 1 star.
The boards do not hold up very well. Cut marks are deep, and they are starting to splinter. Another of the boards has also developed a split.
Save your money and go with cutting boards from someone else.
ORIGINAL REVIEW:
I bought these cutting boards to cut down on microplastic exposure. This would be a 5 star review except that one of the boards arrived cracked (noticed while hand washing all of them before use). Despite the one cracked board, I did not return them, as I immediately started using the boards, was too busy to deal with it at the time, and the overall value was still there.
These boards are great, the value is excellent since you get several of different sizes. I like that all sizes have the moat for juices, because sometimes you are cutting one or two chicken breasts or one steak and don’t want to have to grab a big board.
I honestly am writing this review because I wouldn’t be surprised if the company sends me a replacement. If they do, I will update the review to reflect their customer service.

Good quality, if you keep them oiled last a long time
If you keep these oiled and do not soak them, these boards last a long time. Good variety of sizes, durable (I use the larger 2 daily), and again, if you keep them oiled, easy to wipe down and haven't shown a sign of splitting. Durable as well. Would buy again.
