De Ansell 97-100 ActivArmr handschoen is specifiek ontworpen voor gebruik op en rond productielocaties in de olie- en gasindustrie. De handschoen combineert verschillende eigenschappen die essentieel zijn voor dit type werk.

De constructie bestaat uit een gebreide basis (15 steken per inch) met een ¾ nitril/neopreen coating. De voering is samengesteld uit een mengsel van Spandex, polyester, nylon en Kevlar, wat resulteert in een robuuste maar flexibele handschoen. De tricot manchet zorgt voor een comfortabele en veilige pasvorm.

De handschoen biedt uitstekende grip op geoliede, natte en droge oppervlakken, terwijl de coating voorkomt dat olie en water kunnen doordringen. Ondanks deze beschermende eigenschappen blijft de handschoen voldoende beweeglijk voor precieze handelingen. De snij- en schuurbestendige eigenschappen bieden extra bescherming tijdens het werk. Daarnaast is de handschoen bestand tegen contacthitte, wat bescherming biedt bij het hanteren van hete buizen en vaten.

De oranje kleur en het reflecterende logo vergroten de zichtbaarheid van de drager bij beperkte lichtomstandigheden, wat bijdraagt aan de veiligheid op de werkplek.
