De Impulsion Day Light heeft een lichtsterkte van 10.000 lux op 17 cm afstand. Het is klinisch bewezen dat 10.000 lux vermoeidheid tegengaat en voor meer energie kan zorgen bij een daglichttekort in de herfst- en wintermaanden. Door de Impulsion Day Light dagelijks ongeveer een half uurtje te gebruiken, kun je je al een stuk beter voelen. Deze Impulsion daglichtlamp helpt ook bij klachten van een jetlag en een verstoord slaap- en waakritme door ploegendiensten.

Korte gebruiksduur per lichtsessie

Met de Impulsion Day Light heb je geen lange lichttherapiesessie nodig: een half uurtje per dag kan al voldoende zijn. Hoe lang je dagelijks voor de lamp moet zitten, is afhankelijk van de ernst van je klachten en de afstand van de lamp. Houd voor de Impulsion Daylight rekening met deze richtlijnen (afstand tot de lamp en gebruiksduur per sessie):

  • 17 cm afstand: 30 minuten
  • 30 cm afstand: 1 uur en 10 minuten
  • 40 cm afstand: 2 uur
  • 50 cm afstand: 3 uur

Ons gebruiksadvies

  1. Plaats de lamp schuin voor je op maximaal 50 cm afstand.
  2. Zet de lamp aan en geniet. Direct in het licht kijken is niet nodig. Je kunt dus gerust tussendoor iets anders doen, zoals ontbijten, tv kijken of lezen.
  3. Weer helemaal opgeladen? Schakel de lamp dan uit.

Voor het beste effect adviseren wij om de Impulsion Day Light daglichtlamp minimaal 7 dagen achter elkaar te gebruiken, bij voorkeur in de ochtenduren. Wij raden je aan om tussendoor af en toe even in het licht te kijken. Na ongeveer een week kun je vaak de positieve effecten van lichttherapie al ervaren!

It's 2 panels holding 1 big privacy screen. Can't use as 2 separate 4' panels, but works great.

This 2 panel privacy screen works well. Assembly was very straight forward, with easily labeled tubes. My son and I had it together in about 10 minutes, which was probably 3 minutes of me telling him to quit playing around and hand me the parts. It feels very sturdy, not likely to fall over or anything. The material fits well, with the Velcro being very strong. Measurements are all very accurate, with all pieces attaching properly. We have a similar privacy screen at work that we have to try and stretch out because the top and bottom Velcro doesn't fit quite right... this model does not have any issues though. The material is thin and light weight, but solid black so that you can't see anything through or behind it. I definitely think it's a great deal for the money. What I think would have given it 5 stars though, is if you had 2 totally separate 4' panels instead of 2 panels with one big screen. It really wouldn't cost any extra to make it so that the screen was in 2 pieces and you could use it as 2 separate panels instead of having to use it as one big panel. It says 2 panel folding privacy screens, but it's really one big one that folds in the middle.

There's probably not a lot you can say about power strips because they all just do what they're supposed to do. However I needed something that would give me more power Outlets in the small bathroom sink counter space than I had. I tried several of the ones that I had but they either turned out too bulky, thick cords or just too intrusive for what I needed. That's when I came across this little gem. It comes with six Outlets, three USB inserts, and a smaller less thick power cord, and the end has a 30 degree flat angle so that it lays flat against the wall when plugged in instead of sticking straight out like most cords. Most importantly to me was it fit snuggly behind the sink faucet and tightly against the wall. All and all it made the entire application look as built in as possible. I know this seems as if a lot to say about a simple power strip but I've seem other bathroom counter sink tops cluttered with all sorts of electrical devices vying for their own plug in space and I don't need to tell you what that looks like. This is just a simple little power strip that was able to turn a messy looking counter top into a lot less intrusive looking mess.
