Capparis spinosa , Cinchorium intybus, Mandoora poeder in de vorm van Iron pidolate, Solanum nigrum, Terminalia arjuna, Cassia occidentalis, Tamarix gallica, Swertia chirata, Phyllanthus niruri, Picrorhiza kurroa, Eclipta alba.

Gebruik
Tweemaal per dag 2 tabletten.
Dosering kinderen:
tussen 10 – 20 kg 1 tablet per dag,
20 – 30 kg 2 tabletten per dag,
vanaf 30 kg volledige dosering.

Bewaarvoorschrift
Kan langere tijd ingenomen worden. Urticaria kan in zeldzame gevallen optreden ten gevolge van de ontgiftende werking. Dit is geen bezwaar voor het continueren van het gebruik. Het verdient echter aanbeveling om de dosering tijdelijk te verlagen.

Perfect for low dose, great price
On my second bottle, great product for the cheap price, lasts almost a year. Hard to find in this low dose. I personally find low dose melatonin to work better than the higher amounts. It’s the sweet spot.

Knocks me out cold
I wish I could easily find a lower dose, but this works.
Take one about 30 mins before I want to sleep and when I fall asleep I don't wake up in the middle of the night. I normally have insomnia but one of these generally gives me 9 hours of sleep.
It doesn't ALWAYS work (I have health problems that can keep me awake) but instead of 5-7 hours sleep I am consistently getting around 9.
The only problem is I'm groggy in the morning. But I feel a lot less haggard and anxious in the morning now so I think I'll be continuing with this.

Very good product
These melatonin pills work. I bought them because sometimes I'm so stressed or pressured by everyday life that I find it hard to fall asleep. I don't use them every day, only when I really can't sleep and it's very late. I must say that this pill doesn't knock you out completely. I liked that. You fall asleep slowly, and the next day you don't feel groggy or like you've had too much to drink. It's a great product!
