'Kabinett' wijnen zijn fijne, lichte wijnen gemaakt van rijpe druiven met weinig alcohol. De druiven voor deze klasse worden als eerste van de prädikat-wijnen geoogst. De meeste Kabinett-wijnen bevatten een weinig of meer restzoet en zijn daardoor halfdroog of zoet met een alcoholpercentage tot ongeveer 10%.
Verhaal achter het etiket: Konrad Salwey, de wijnmaker, heeft zijn vader Wolf Dietrich Salwey, opgevolgd omdat hij plotseling om het leven kwam. Dit trieste nieuws deed de Duitse wijnwereld op zijn grondvesten schudden; Wolf Dietrich Salwey was een zeer talentvolle en gepassioneerde wijnmaker. Na zijn overlijden heeft Konrad de afbeelding van een (huilende) wolf laten plaatsen, als gedenkteken aan zijn vader. - Witte wijn - Rijp, rond en kruidig. Elegante Pinot Gris met klassieke aroma’s van geroosterde amandel, hazelnoot en een vleugje exotisch fruit. De breed gestructureerde smaak wordt mooi ondersteund door fijne fruitzuren van limoentjes, citrus en fijne mineralen. Jonge wijn, die ondanks zijn jeugd nu al erg lekker is om van te genieten.
- Onze sommeliers adviseren: Goed te combineren met rauwe vis gerechten met soja of wasabi, en gebakken / geroosterde schaal en schelpdieren. Visgerechten met zuurkool en roomsauzen of pikante en kruidige elementen. Rauw vlees of gevogelte met paté en gebakken ganzen en eendenlever smaakt ook erg goed bij deze wijn. Net zoals winterse crème soepen en gebakken en ovengegaarde groenten of zacht gegaard spek en roodbacteriekazen.

Total Game Changer for Your Desk Space!

I decided to finally foray into the desk mat space, and my only regret is not doing this sooner. This particular mat is not only an instant upgrade, visually, for my desk, but also gives me a convenient place to tuck away those couple papers/cards I always need to have within reach.
It goes without saying, my favorite part of this is the high quality wireless charging piece. Aside from eliminating an extra cord, it helps minimize the clutter and lets me charge my phone AND AirPods simultaneously.
This is the first of many I will be purchasing, as it is the PERFECT gift for anyone with a desk.

Honestly, this is pretty nice!

At first I was a little disappointed in the design of this device because the mat and the charger are two separate pieces; but the magnet that is connecting them together is pretty strong, so I ended up not minding it. The magnet in the charger is pretty strong too, though, so the whole thing tends to lift up when you pick up your phone - this is my first MagSafe charger, so perhaps that is standard with these, I wouldn't know.
As you can see in the picture, this isn't your standard mouse pad. It's leather on one side and felt on the other (you can pick which side you want to face up, which is a nice design feature, I suppose). It's smooth and wipes off easily but really collects fingerprints and hairs.
It's also a good size. Not too big, not too small. I was a little worried because it's smaller than my older mousepad but I haven't suffered for it. I may even prefer this smaller size if I'm being honest.
I'm not sure if I like the feeling of the leather side against my arm/wrist, though. The mouse has no problem reading it but it's just not very soft. I do notoriously dislike change though so maybe that's just a me problem LOL.
All in all I'm happy with this and would suggest it!
