Questo Dolcetto d’Alba DOC 2015 della cantina Schiavenza è vino capace di raccontare contemporaneamente il vitigno, l’annata e il territorio. Viene prodotto con uve raccolte a mano e selezionate, a cui segue una fermentazione e maturazione secondo i metodi della tradizione. Un vino che ci parla della storia enologica piemontese, proveniente da un territorio tra i più vocati.

Un vino da tutto pasto come vuole la tradizione, in grado di esaltare ed esaltarsi con una carne battuta a coltello agli champignon.
