- Aan het begin van elke ronde zet de scheidsrechter de zandloper terug met een vaste hoeveelheid zand in elke helft.
- De scheidsrechter draait de zandloper om en leest de kaart voor. Elke kaart bevat 2 uitdagingen en de scheidsrechter bepalen welke kant in een ronde wordt gebruikt.
- "Sta op en doe de YMCA. Stel jezelf netjes voor zonder je mond dicht te doen. Noem drie landen die beginnen met de letter B. Gebruik je eigen sok als handpop. Noem alle dingen op die je vandaag hebt gegeten".
- Bij iedere lastige uitdaging draait de scheidsrechter de zandloper om.
- Om te winnen, moet je het andere team dwingen om zonder zand te zitten door je uitdagingen zo snel mogelijk af te ronden.
- Het eerste team dat zonder zand komt te zitten, dus de ronde en het eerste team dat drie ronden wint, wordt gekroond tot kampioen!

Excellent product for dry mouth

If you are having trouble with dry mouth, especially while sleeping, this is definitely the product for you. I have severe dry mouth and have tried multiple things including hard candy (yes, I know not very smart) as well as different biotin products, the mouthwash, the spray and the gel, which all do work, but do not last for very long. These stay in place open the corner of your mouth, last for hours and truly work. I highly recommend it if you are having a dry mouth issue

Works great

I have to use these for about 1/2 a year. I keep bronchitis and sinusitis from about Oct. to April every since I was a child. When I am suffering with these I can't breath through my nose, epically at night while sleeping and would wake up several times a night with dry mouth so bad ir was literally painful. My mom turned me on to these because she was using the with her CPAP. I sometimes have a bit of difficulty getting them to stay put but overall they are great. I have tried the OG, cinnamon, and berry. The OG have no real taste, but you wake up with a sweet taste in your mouth. I tried the cinnamon because I love cinnamon and didn't listen to the reviews stating how strong the flavor is, big regret, it's like putting two or three fireballs in your mouth, won't be making that mistake again. The berry ones are actually best in my opinion. They have a light berry flavor that isn't overpowering, isn't quite as sweet as the OG. Whichever one you choose you won't wake up in pain. I do suggest using only one at first as opposed to the two they recommend, unless you like waking up with your head on a water logged pillow. One generally gets me through the night unless my congestion is super bad, then I will sometimes have to use a 2nd one about 1/2 way through my night when I wake up for the bathroom and realize it's already completely dissolved.

A Great Product!
These tablets are inspired! I use them every night with my cpap. The back of each tablet has a coating that, when moistened, is easily glued to a back tooth to slowly dissolve while sleeping. Works like a charm! These would be good to use when speaking publicly, too - no more performance dry mouth. You really can't tell it's there once it's glued in. The minty flavor is there, but not overwhelming. I am never without my Xylimelts!

Perfect for dry mouth!
I suffer from extreme dry mouth due to sleep apnea and side effects of medications. I used to gargle with mouthwash made for dry mouth before going to bed but it would wear-off by morning.. I’d awaken with severe cotton mouth! What’s worse is my mouth gets dry during the day when I’m out and can’t gargle. It’s so bad I can barely talk! Thank goodness for these melts!! They are GREAT! They stick easily to your gums or roof of your mouth and stay there! They slowly dissolve over night and I wake up without cotton mouth! I keep some in my purse for daytime. They’re better than lozenges or hard candy because they’re discrete. You don’t want to give a speech and be seen sucking on a candy! I use them so often that I was THRILLED to find them in the 100 quantity bottle at a lower price than I could find anywhere else! Protect your oral health and get these pleasant mint tasting melts for your dry mouth!
