In bocca è ampio, avvolgente, gli aromi di frutta matura e confettura si fondono con eleganti note speziate e minerali. Ha tannini potenti, ma molto evoluti, una piacevole freschezza e grande sapidità. Il finale è lungo e molto persistente.LAmarone della Valpolicella DOCG di Graziano Prà è un vino entusiasmante e di grande fascino. E una bellissima espressione del terroir della Valpolicella e porta nel bicchiere la decisa mineralità e sapidità derivante dai suoli. Lopulenza del vino è ben equilibrata da una piacevole freschezza, dovuta allaltitudine del vigneto e alla forte presenza di calcare nelle marne del sottosuolo. Dopo la vendemmia, le uve vengono appassite per circa due mesi in un fruttaio. Dopo la pigiadiraspatura, si procede alla macerazione e fermentazione per 15 giorni in tini verticali. Il processo procede con la fase di délestage, seguita dalla fermentazione malolattica, che avviene per 2/3 in tonneaux da 5 hl e per 1/3 in barriques di Allier. Laffinamento prosegue in legno di rovere francese.
E un vino per serate speciali. Si abbina a carni importanti, soprattutto con lunghe cotture e aromatizzate con spezie. Ottimo con lo stracotto dasino, la pastisada de caval o per accompagnare piatti a base di selvaggina di piuma o di pelo. Piacevole come vino da fine pasto, da bere chiacchierando con gli amici.

Decent Snack, But Not Worth the Price
I was intrigued when I watched Freestyle Snacks on Shark Tank, especially since I really enjoy olives and loved the idea of having a convenient, on-the-go option. I’ll admit..., the packaging is excellent. It’s clean, well-designed, and makes it easy to toss a pack into a bag without worrying about spills or mess.
That said, the cost outweighs the quality. The olives themselves are nothing special, and certainly not different enough to justify the premium price point. You can buy similar (or better) olives at your local grocery store for a fraction of the cost and portion them into zip-top bags on the days you want them.
I would be a regular customer if the pricing were more reasonable, because the convenience factor is definitely there.
Unfortunately, as it stands, they’re simply overpriced for what you get.
