100% Tempranillo

Klimaat
Het klimaat in Murcia is extreem droog met een lichte zeebries afkomstig van de Middelands Zee. De wijngaard is gelegen aan de voet van de Sierra de La Pila en is georiënteerd op het noorden.

Ondergrond
Castrillo de la Vega gebied, gelegen op een gemiddelde hoogte van 800 meter, in de provincie Burgos. De druiven komen van oude wijngaarden tussen de 26 en 50 jaar oud, allemaal eigendom van lokale wijnbouwers.

Vinificatie
Na de pluk worden de druiven gedurende 4 maanden gefermenteerd en gerijpt in betonnen tanks.
