Fragrante, di gran beva, molto pulito, rappresenta infatti tutta la cura che viene dedicata ad ogni aspetto della produzione di questa grande cantina cooperativa.
Fresco e di pronta beva, il Müller Thurgau di San MIchele Appiano è vino bianco da tutto pasto, ottimo con piatti a base di pesce. Capesante gratinate.
