Na de oogst volgt een schilweking van 6-7 dagen bij 24-26°C. De vinificatie gebeurt deels op barriques en deels op staal om het fruit optimaal te bewaren. Het resultaat is een diep robijnrode wijn met intense aroma’s van zwarte kers, pruim, zoethout en een vleugje vanille.

In de mond is deze Primitivo warm, rijk en evenwichtig, met zachte tannines en een lange, persistente afdronk. Ideaal bij rood vlees, wild, stoofschotels, kazen en Italiaanse charcuterie.

I love this shelf! It took two people to hang it and you definitely want to ensure you hit a stud on at least one side or 1-2 screws if mounting between studs. Where I mounted it made it difficult to an extent to install but if you are even somewhat handy, you’ll be fine. You absolutely need a stud finder to hang this shelf. Sorry, I’m married! I would buy this shelf, or versions of it, again. Very practical and useful to display autographs, housewares or decor. Last note: do not over tighten the poles. The wood is soft and the poles are light weight. They are not traditional black pipe and weigh far less.
