Samenstelling:
​400 gram puur creatine monohydraat

PUUR: zonder vulmiddelen zonder hulpmiddelen.

Gebruik
Neem 1 volle theelepel (5g) bij voorkeur vóór en na de training.
Na gebruik van 1 maand een rustperiode van 4 weken inlassen.
Neem voldoende vocht in tijdens en na de training. Min.1 5 liter per dag.
