Elk pack Phantasmal Flames bevat 10 Pokémon kaarten en één codekaart voor Pokémon TCG Live. Phantasmal Flames brengt een mix van krachtige Pokémon ex, unieke illustration rares en nieuwe trainerkaarten. In totaal bestaat de set uit ongeveer 120 kaarten, waaronder 6 Mega Evolution Pokémon ex en 5 special illustration rares.
