Op zijn schild en aan zijn scharen zijn meerdere speeltjes bevestigd om mee te spelen, te ontdekken en te onderzoeken: een kaleidoscooplens in een zakje op zijn schild, pootjes die knisperen als je er in knijpt, in zijn buik zit een zacht rinkelend belletje, aan 1 schaar een rammelaar ring gevuld met gekleurde balletjes en aan de andere schaar een schattige kleine zeester-rammelaar die met de krab meereist. Zijn buik is van zachte corduroy ribstof wat lekker aanvoelt als je erover wrijft.
