Verfijnde aroma’s van rood fruit en bloemige tonen. De smaak is fris, mineraal en elegant, met een levendige zuurgraad en een aanhoudende afdronk.

Het domein is door familie Millet opgericht in de jaren 1700 en ligt in de stad Bué, het zuidelijke deel van het appelatiegebied Sancerre. In 2008 begint Nicolas Millet (de 9e generatie van Millet) met werken op het domein. Nicolas heeft 14,88 hectare beplant met de traditionele Sauvignon Blanc om Sancerre Blanc te produceren en 4,37 hectare met mythische Pinot Noir voor Sancerre Rouge en Rosé.

Vinificatie

Langzame persing met pneumatische pers. Rijping op de fijne lie gedurende 4 tot 6 maanden in inox (roestvrijstalen) tanks.
