Il finale è lungo, centrato sul fruttato. Vino pronto.Piccola opera d’arte in chiave enologica il Sangiovese riserva “Probi di Papiano” di Francesco Bordini. Nel calice ritroviamo tutta la carica e la vitalità del suo creatore, un vino non stravolto dal passaggio in legno nuovo, ma che anzi conserva tutte le sue caratteristiche di fruttato e freschezza gustativa. Il suo affinamento avviene per 12 mesi in fusti di rovere francese, spartiti equamente tra botte grande e tonneau da 500l. La sosta in bottiglia supera quella imposta dal disciplinare, è infatti di ben 12 mesi. Riserva di alto livello, molto propensa ad un grande invecchiamento. Il dilemma è questo: Stappare subito o attendere qualche anno? In ogni caso rimarrete entusiasti!
Perfetto in abbinamento a secondi di carne importanti. Un'idea? FIletto di cervo con patate viola.

AWESOME!
This is my first time using a French Press for coffee, and I chose Ziruma for its looks and durability.

Wonderful grinder:

This is one little powerful grinder. It holds 30 grams in the glass jar which is perfect for 2 cup 10oz cups. It has a dial to adjust the grind. Great for two! It works great. Really good purchase. It is a labor of love.

Great coffee grinder!

Amazing product. Easy to use and has different grades of grinding. Zero noise compared with an electric grinder and more control of the results (consistent). His size and weight make it portable and easy to carry.

Quite good as a start grinder

Very good burr grinder with very functional adjustments. Holds the perfect amount in 1 go for my pour over setup. My only critique is that is has 3 unconnected hopper sections that are quite small and hard to hit. I have to be very careful to not spill and one can fill before the other 2 causing some difficulties closing the crank, but it just takes some self adjustments to get around. Overall I'm very pleased with it for the price.
