Ontwerp en functies

De Staub Cocotte is ontworpen met een geëmailleerd gietijzeren kern voor optimale warmtebehoud. Het heeft een zwaar, vlak deksel voor optimaal behoud van stoom. De vernikkelde knop is hittebestendig voor gebruik in de oven (tot 250°C).
