De naaf HOPE PRO 5 is de nieuwe maatstaf van het Britse merk HOPE en combineert robuustheid, prestaties en betrouwbaarheid. De belangrijkste nieuwe kenmerken zijn een sneller freewheelmechanisme met 108 aangrijppunten verdeeld over 6 pallen die paarsgewijs werken (afhankelijk van het model, 54 punten op de stalen en E-bike). Het resultaat is een bijna onmiddellijke reactie op elke pedaalslag, wat meer precisie en controle biedt, vooral bij het klimmen of opnieuw starten.

De Pro 5 heeft ook een verbeterde afdichting en een aanzienlijke verlaging van de interne weerstand, dankzij een nieuw, geoptimaliseerd afdichtingssysteem. Het resultaat is een soepelere, duurzamere naaf, ideaal voor intensief gebruik zoals enduro, trail of XC.
