Deze Les Sorts heeft de typische aroma's van een wijn die op deze manier wordt gemaakt: heel fruitig, met tonen van aardbei en framboos. Toch mooi geconcentreerd en smakelijk. Rond, fris en heel zacht, zeker voor de toch wel 'harde' druif die cariena is.
