De Viofo A229 1CH Pro 4K Wifi GPS is het nieuwste model in de populaire en betrouwbare A229 serie. Bij deze Pro versie heeft Viofo zowel een update aan de vormgeving als de specificaties doorgevoerd. De Viofo A229 Pro 1CH 4K houdt aan de voorzijde van de auto alles haarscherp in de gaten. Met de ingebouwde Sony Starvis 2 beeldsensor levert de hij haarscherpe beelden in alle omstandigheden.

Dual-Band Wifi

De Viofo A229 Pro 1CH 4K Wifi GPS is uitgerust met dual-band Wifi (5 Ghz) waardoor de bestandsoverdracht zeer snel is en het netwerk erg betrouwbaar. Via de Viofo App kan via de Wifi op elke iOS en Android telefoon en tablet direct de beelden worden bekeken en gedownload.

SONY Starvis sensor

De Viofo A229 Pro 1CH 4K Wifi GPS filmt met 4K beeldkwaliteit. Door de supersnelle Novatek 96660 chip in combinatie met de twee SONY sensors zijn alle details goed zichtbaar, ook in het donker. 

Automatische parkeerstand

De Viofo A229 Plus 4K Wifi is uitgerust met een automatische parkeerstand met bewegingsdetectie of Time Lapse. Bij bewegingsdetectie staat de camera op stand-by en begint hij een opname van 30 seconden wanneer een beweging wordt waargenomen. Bij Time Lapse neemt de camera continue een 1fps video op die later (versneld) als 30fps video kan worden afgespeeld. Op deze manier is altijd bewijsmateriaal beschikbaar wanneer de auto is beschadigd terwijl deze geparkeerd stond.

Let op: De automatische parkeerstand werkt enkel indien de dashcam wordt gebruikt met de Viofo HK4 permanente voeding of de OP100 OBD-II voeding USB-C (zie accessoires). Daarmee aangesloten zal de camera automatisch overschakelen in de parkeerstand wanneer het contact van de auto wordt uitgezet en overgaan op de normale opname wanneer de auto wordt gestart.

Inclusief CPL filter

Met de meegeleverde CPL filter wordt een optimale bescherming en beeldkwaliteit gegarandeerd onder zonnige omstandigheden. De CPL filter werkt voor de dashcam als een polaroid zonnebril voor de ogen. Schadelijke UV straling wordt gefilterd en hinderende reflecties worden weggenomen. De beeldkwaliteit en duurzaamheid van de camera worden daardoor verbeterd.

Bluetooth SOS knop (optioneel)

Met de handige optionele Viofo A229 Plus 4K Wifi Bluetooth SOS knop kan met één druk op de knop een handmatige SOS opname worden gestart op de Viofo A229 Pro 1CH 4K Wifi GPS. De SOS knop kan eenvoudig met de Viofo A229 Pro 1CH 4K Wifi GPS worden verbonden door de dashcam aan te zetten en de knop 3 seconden ingedrukt te houden. Het blauwe indicatie LEDje op de knop zal blauw branden indien de verbinding succesvol tot stand is gebracht. De SOS knop kan op elke gewenste plek binnen het voertuig worden gemonteerd d.m.v. de meegeleverde plakker.

GPS module

De Viofo A229 Pro 1CH 4K Wifi GPS wordt standaard geleverd met GPS module. Door de GPS kan de actuele snelheid worden weergegeven in het beeld. Dit kan van doorslaggevende betekenis zijn als bewijsmateriaal bij een incident. Bovendien wordt via de GPS de plek onthouden van de plaatsen waar is gefilmd met de dashcam. Via de software op de PC kan daardoor de afgelegde route worden bekeken.

2.4 inch HD LCD scherm

Deze Viofo A229 Pro 1CH 4K Wifi GPS dashcam heeft een 2.4 inch HD LCD scherm. Op het scherm worden de live beelden weergegeven en kan het menu eenvoudig worden bediend. De ingebouwde screensaver schakelt het LCD scherm desgewenst automatisch na een ingesteld aantal minuten uit zodat het geen hinder voor de bestuurder oplevert.

140˚ wideview lens

Door de 140˚ wideview 'fish eye' lens heeft de Viofo A229 Pro 1CH 4K Wifi GPS een groot bereik en wordt aan de voorzijde van de auto opgenomen.

1.6 aperture 7G lens

Door de 1.6 aperture aan de voorzijde, in combinatie met een 7G lens wordt veel licht opgevangen waardoor de kwaliteit van de beelden zowel overdag als in het donker zeer goed is.

HDR

Door de HDR (High Dynamic Range) technologie is de camera in staat scherpe beelden te generen bij erg hoge én erg lage lichtintensiteit. Hierdoor neemt de camera zowel overdag bij veel licht en 's nachts bij weinig ligt haarscherpe beelden op.

WDR

De Viofo A229 Pro 1CH 4K Wifi GPS is uitgerust met WDR (Wide Dynamic Range) hardware. Hierdoor past de dashcam de lichtintensiteit automatisch aan afhankelijk van de omgeving. De WDR garandeert hierdoor de beste beeldkwaliteit onder wisselende omstandigheden.

Auto start

De Viofo A229 Pro 1CH 4K Wifi GPS dashcam begint automatisch te filmen wanneer de auto wordt gestart. Je hoeft er dus niet meer naar om te kijken als hij in de auto hangt. Voorwaarde hierbij is wel dat hij is aangesloten op de voeding in de auto.

G-sensor

Door de ingebouwde G-sensor merkt de Viofo A229 Pro 1CH 4K Wifi GPS dashcam wanneer je een ongeluk hebt gehad. Bij een impact worden beelden automatisch beveiligd opgeslagen zodat ze niet meer verloren gaan. Ze kunnen niet meer overschreven worden en ook niet via de dashcam worden verwijderd.

AV uitgang

Via de AV uitgang kan het beeld van de dashcam worden weergegeven op een externe monitor, zoals een ingebouwd navigatie systeem van de auto. Voor het overdragen van de beelden is een AV kabel nodig.

Super capacitor batterij

De Viofo A229 Pro 1CH 4K Wifi GPS uitgerust met een super capacitor batterij. Deze batterij zorgt ervoor dat de camera zich na het wegvallen van de stroom op de juiste manier kan afsluiten. Super capacitor batterijen zijn speciaal ontwikkeld voor het gebruik in dashcams omdat ze duurzamer zijn dan reguliere Polymeer Li-ion batterijen en bovendien beter bestand zijn tegen hoge en lage temperaturen.

Ingebouwde microfoon

Door de ingebouwde microfoon in deze dashcam wordt ook het geluid in en rondom de auto opgenomen. De microfoon kan desgewenst worden uitgezet

Awesome -- they work perfectly

Got these to store a DeWalt cordless drill and impact driver on the side of a Gladiator garage cabinet -- and they work perfectly for that. The magnet is incredibly strong, easily supporting the bare tools, and seems even to work perfectly well with an 8ah XR battery on the tool -- not that it's necessary since I don't store them like that. I like that the magnet is padded with rubber. Very nice units, I will get more for sure to store other items.

Incredibly strong magnets and thick, robust hooks. Excellent combination!

These magnetic hooks are really strong. Seriously! Each part is made to carry weight and last. The hooks are built out of thick steel stock. They bolt up to large magnets that grab onto steel surfaces and won't let go. The cabinets in my shop are all steel so these worked perfectly on the sides of the lower units. I have a few #12 AWG extension cords that are bulky and heavy. Truthfully, I didn't think these hooks would handle them. They do without any issue. Another application is a 30' long #10/4 AWG SO cable that powers my powder coating oven. It's usually unplugged and wrapped up. It would often end up on the floor where it was constantly in the way. The outside of the oven is all steel but I didn't want to make holes in it for cable hangers. Again, I didn't think that these magnetic hooks could possibly be strong enough to handle the weight of that cable but they do. And once they're attached, it takes a lot of effort to remove them! Amazing performance!! I'm thrilled with these magnetic hooks. They are super strong and, obviously, simple to use. Importantly, they stay in place as they should. I wholeheartedly recommend these hooks to anyone. Great product! Incredibly strong magnets and thick, robust hooks. Excellent combination!

Great for the storm shelter!

Magnet is super strong but hooks are not adjustable

I ordered this set of Mutuactor magnetic hooks because I was tired of thinking I had things organized and then finding previously hung magnets have slid down the wall. It was a first for me to have to assemble a magnetic hook. This was made slightly more difficult by requiring a wrench. So many items these days arrive with a disposable little hex wrench or whatever is needed for assembly. Not in this case. Maybe the manufacturer assumes if you are spending $15 per magnet to hang your tools you have a wrench handy. Anyway, I got my wrench and found no instructions. I know from life that the order is bolt-washer-lock washer-nut. The next question arose when I found one bolt and several holes... hmmmm. It looks like they wanted to provide the option to screw the hooks directly to the wall. I am not sure the average person would pay that price just for a hook, though. I chose a hole and it seems to be the right one. The good news is I was quickly in business. Soon one magnet was snatched by my husband for his rolling tool cart. He hung his (very heavy) Sawzall and the magnet never moved. He liked the rubber coating that protects his tools. I chose to take advantage of the amazing grip of this thing to hang my most used (and also very heavy) all-clad pan from the side of my fridge. The refrigerator had some sort of glossy powder coat and magnets hold well if you try to pull them straight off but end up sliding down anyway. This is where I came to appreciate the rubber shoe of this magnet. It protects my fridge but I think it plays an essential part in the grip strength of the magnet. I can not slide it around - I need to use two hands to pull it off then place it in another position. To give a magnet strength example I had one magnetic hook on my desk as I was writing this review. My nearby desk-size scotch tape dispenser came sliding over and the magnet grabbed it. I was able to lift the tape dispense just by the magnet grabbing the little piece of metal serrated teeth that cut the tape. There is no other metal in my dispenser. That's it! In summary, four stars because it REALLY grips and holds a lot of weight. Minus a star because I do think they are a little expensive, they required assembly without tools or instructions, and the hooks themselves are not adjustable. I have some similar magnetic hooks and you can move the two prongs apart or together depending on what your tool size is. These prongs are strong and firm and are not moving and this cuts down of the number of uses a little bit.
