Bovendien leren kinderen emoties benoemen en worden ze uitgedaagd iets van zichzelf bloot te geven. Voor ouders, leerkrachten, kindercoaches of remedial teachers kan het een mooi hulpmiddel zijn om te zien wat er leeft bij het kind. 

In het schrift staan ook korte verhaaltjes of opdrachten over een bepaald onderwerp, zoals 'fouten maken' of 'anders zijn/voelen'. Ook is er de spreuk van de week, die die week centraal staat. Denk aan: ‘Een complimentje is zonneschijn in woorden’ of ‘Ik kan het’.
