Vitamine B12 krijgen we via de voeding binnen met producten van natuurlijke oorsprong zoals vlees, vis, zuivel en eieren. Veganisten wordt daarom altijd aangeraden extra vitamine B12 in te nemen. Doordat de werking van vitamine B12 zo afhankelijk is van de werking van de maag is er een grote groep mensen die niet over voldoende vitamine B12 in het lichaam beschikt.
Vitamine B12 is een in water oplosbare vitamine. In tegenstelling tot andere B-vitaminen slaat het lichaam wel een kleine hoeveelheid B12 op, maar tot een bepaald maximum. Boven dit maximum wordt B12 door het lichaam uitgescheiden.
Proviform heeft een brede reeks vitamine B12 producten, uiteenlopend van 1000 mcg tot 10.000 mcg met folaat, in tabletvorm. Deze kleine ronde tabletjes hebben een natuurlijke en prettige kersensmaak. Ze kunnen als smelttabletje onder de tong gelegd worden of als zuigtabletje opgezogen worden, waardoor een optimale opname via het mondslijmvlies ontstaat.
Proviform vitamine B12 producten bevatten de biologisch actieve ingrediënten methylcobalamine en adenosylcobalamine. Tevens wordt uitsluitend gebruik van foliumzuur in de meest biologisch actieve vorm 5-MTHF. Deze natuurlijke vormen hoeven niet meer door het lichaam te worden geactiveerd en zijn daardoor beter opneembaar.
Proviform vitamine B12 producten zijn geschikt voor veganisten, GMO vrij en 100% glutenvrij. De donkere glazen verpakking Proviform verpakking biedt optimale bescherming tegen oxidatie.

Good Shelves

These shelves are really nice quality and look as advertised. The hardware included was great quality, metal drywall anchors and good screws. They were easy to install, and make even/level with each other. My only gripe is the price, but I'm very satisfied with the product overall.

These are pretty doggone nice shelves and I appreciate the fact that they are not made of solid particle board. Yes they are made of an engineered product, but they are lightweight and strong…and look better than particle board products and more costly than their actual price.
Easy installation system with the bracket…not fussy like some are.
An especially thoughtful touch is the variety of hardware that is included. Also a tiny level for use when installing them. What? …So they can be installed correctly? I was pleasantly surprised by this inclusion.

If the set screws were white the shelves would be perfect.

I'd give 4 1/2 if there was one. The shelves thwmself are nice I just don't like the visible little black set screws. The shelves themself look great and are not wobbly at all if you install correctly. I purposely installed the bracket upside down because of the little black setting screws; I didnt want them showing because the shelves are above eye level and the screws are black and I didn't want them showing. But that made the shelf lean amd wobbly so I turned them back over the way they are supposed to be and that made them level and sturdy. I guess I'll paint the little screws.
