Elliottis Pine multiplex is een sterke en betaalbare multiplexplaat voor uiteenlopende bouw- en timmertoepassingen. De plaat heeft een afmeting van 2440 x 1220 mm en is verkrijgbaar in verschillende diktes: 9 mm, 12 mm, 15 mm en 18 mm.

Deze multiplex platen zijn geschikt voor toepassingen waarbij sterkte, stabiliteit en eenvoudige verwerking belangrijk zijn. Denk aan dakbeschot, vloeren, wanden, aftimmering, onderconstructies, werkplaatsprojecten en algemene houtbouw.

Beschikbare uitvoeringen

De Elliottis multiplex plaat is leverbaar met verschillende diktes en randafwerkingen. De 18 mm variant is verkrijgbaar met zowel rechte kanten als mes en groef. De diktes 9 mm, 12 mm en 15 mm zijn leverbaar met rechte kanten.

Elliottis Pine multiplex wordt veel toegepast als constructieve plaat in bouwprojecten. De plaat is goed te bewerken en geschikt voor toepassingen die meestal niet als hoogwaardige zichtafwerking bedoeld zijn. Montage- en verwerkingsadvies

Elliottis multiplex is eenvoudig te zagen, schroeven en verwerken met standaard houtbewerkingsgereedschap. Gebruik bij montage geschikte houtschroeven en houd rekening met voldoende ondersteuning, vooral bij vloer- en daktoepassingen.

Gebruik van 18 mm mes en groef

De 18 mm mes en groef uitvoering is praktisch wanneer platen onderling goed moeten aansluiten. Dit is vooral handig bij toepassingen zoals vloeren en dakbeschot. Zorg voor een vlakke onderconstructie en ondersteun de platen volgens de eisen van de toepassing.

Gebruik buiten of in vochtige omstandigheden

Gebruik multiplex buiten of in vochtige omstandigheden alleen met de juiste afwerking en bescherming. Behandel zaagranden en zichtbare oppervlakken indien nodig om vochtindringing te beperken. Voor langdurig zichtbaar buitenwerk of zware vochtbelasting kan een andere plaatsoort geschikter zijn.
