Gemaakt van 100% Agave Angustifolia, wordt deze mezcal volgens de klassieke “Pechuga”-methode gedistilleerd. Hierbij wordt een rauwe kippenborst samen met wild fruit in de ketel gehangen. Tijdens het distilleren zorgt de stoom ervoor dat alle bacteriën verdwijnen en de smaken op subtiele wijze in de mezcal trekken.

Na distillatie rijpt de drank één jaar in glas, wat resulteert in een zachte, gelaagde smaakbeleving. In het smaakprofiel vind je tonen van citrus, appel, toffee en een vleugje vanille. De afdronk is soepel en licht zoet, met slechts een milde rokerigheid.
