De Duitser Nicholas Cleef richtte in 1683 wijnmakerij De Zalze op. In die tijd zou hij zo’n 7000 wijnstokken hebben aangeplant. Verschillende eigenaren hebben aan het roer gestaan van dit succesvol wijnhuis. Kobus Basson en Rolf Schulz zijn sinds 1996 eigenaar van de Kleine Zalze en hebben vanaf dag 1 een nieuwe familietraditie van wijnproductie opgebouwd. De wijnen vallen geregeld in de prijzen en dat is ook niet gek. Voor elke wijnliefhebber zit er een geweldige wijn in het assortiment. Naast de typische Zuid-Afrikaanse rode wijnen van Shiraz, Cabernet Sauvignon en Merlot, biedt Kleine Zalze ook uitstekende witte wijnen van Sauvignon Blanc, Chardonnay en Chenin Blanc. De druiven profiteren in Stellenbosch van een uitstekend klimaat. Zo genieten de druiven van veel zonuren overdag, maar kunnen ze ook profiteren van de koele zeebries. Deze temperatuurschommelingen verhogen de zuurgraad in de wijn en bevordert het de kwaliteit van de Chardonnay druif. De Chardonnay staan aangeplant in de kalkrijke bodems waardoor hij een mooi fruitig karakter krijgt. De Pinot Noir zorgt weer voor een frisse zuurgraad.Handmatige oogst voor Kleine Zalze Brut
De druiven worden met de hand geoogst in de vroege ochtend. Door de hele tros in zijn geheel te persen wordt alleen het vrijloopsap gebruikt en apart gevinfieerd in roestvrijstalen tanks. De wijn rijpt tot slot maar liefst 10 maanden op de droesem in de kelders van Kleine Zalze. Een traditionele bubbel, die elegantie en complexiteit laat zien met een lange afdronk. Aroma's van aardbeien en zwart fruit, aangevuld met de klassieke rijkheid van het vers gebakken koekjes. These are great!
I really like this two-pack of desk drawer organizers. I’m using them as valet trays, one on my nightstand and another in a different bedroom, and they work great for that.
They feel very well made. The wood has a nice, high-quality feel, and the trays have enough weight that they don’t slide around easily when bumped. The velvet lining is very nice and protects my items from scratching.
They’re also a good size and hold quite a bit without feeling bulky.
Overall, I’m really pleased with these. They’re functional, well made, and look great.

Simple, hefty configurable small tray

"Hefty" is not an expected description for a drawer organizer. But it is in this case because of the solid metal plate it's made from. You could brain a zombie with this tray and not dent it (the tray... the zombie's the one that would be dented). Guess the material choice does make sense since the two wooden dividers uses magnets to hold positions. A strong bump would be needed to shift the placed dividers.
You get some basic configuration choices from the dividers. Including additional (different length) dividers would allow further sectioning options would have been nice.
It also looks good too.
Like the design and utility. Would also go for a bigger version. Perhaps that one, like this, would have secondary uses... perhaps as armor plating?

Elegant and easy to customize to organize your desk

This desk organizer was higher quality and more elegant looking than I thought it would be, so I decided to use it to hold some things on my dresser. It’s too pretty to hide away in my drawer.
The compartments snap into place with magents so you can adjust based on how you want to organize your items. The tray itself is heavy, durable, and well-made. The compartments and edges seem to be authentic wood, and the base surface of the tray is a rubber-like surface that keeps things from slipping while still looking very nice.
I like this tray enough to put it on display as a part of my home decor. It’s not only useful for organizing some odds and ends, but is also very beautiful and well made.

Stylish Aesthetic with Functional Limitations

Love the customizable dividers

I really like this desk drawer organizer tray. It comes with two removable adjustable dividers that are magnetic. They have a strong magnetic pull and stay in place and do not move or shift at all.
