Rosso rubino brillante. All'olfattiva i sentori floreali di violetta e rosa sono seguiti da decisi toni fruttati, che richiamano la ciliegia, il ribes, la fragola e il lampone. All'assaggio dimostra di essere fresco ma equilibrato, di buon corpo e dotato di una altrettanto buona lunghezza.Dopo un'attenta e accurata selezione delle uve di nebbiolo, per cui vengono eliminati tutti gli acini non integri o colpiti da botrytis, le uve stesse sono pressate e lasciate fermentare in acciaio. In seguito, il "Botonero", prodotto dalla cantina Mamete Prevostini, riposa 8 mesi ancora in acciaio, e affina in bottiglia per altri sei mesi. È giovane e versatile, pensato per essere goduto sin da subito e ideale per i più svariati abbinamenti culinari. Non ne dovrebbe mai mancare una bottiglia nella cantina di ciascuno.
Eclettico e versatile, si può abbinare a tutto pasto in accompagnamento a completi menu di terra e non solo. Perfetto con un'abbondante zuppa di legumi.

Good value
I like that I can buy these in large quantities. Get a little soft with liquids after sitting for a while. There’s sturdier bowls on the market but these work well for the price.

Will buy again.
I've already bought these twice. The first batch, bottom bowl had a slice in it, like someone had cut it while opening the box, but I didn't use a knife to open them, so it had to have been part of a bigger box. Anyway, it was just the one, the very last bowl. That was a surprise with my cereal, lol.

Good strong forks

I was looking for some good, strong forks for our office breakroom. Strong enough for Texas BBQ or anything else we might throw at them. These forks can handle the job! The spoons and knives are also very good, and I also order our10 and 16 oz paper coffee cups and lids from Comfy Package. Good products at a good price - hard to find!
