Stap 3. 8 gram suiker en 4 gram zout of broodaroma toe.
Stap 4. voeg 500 gram broodmix toe
Stap 5. 4 gram gedroogde gist (voor in de broodmachine) of 7-10 gram gedroogde gist (voor in de oven).
Daarna maximaal 3 minuten mengen, 1 uur laten rijzen, daarna in een voorverwarmde oven van 225°C (gas) 180°C (hetelucht), plus minus 35-45 minuten bakken.
Broodbakmachine: programma French.
