Dit betekent niet dat de lamp aan het smelten is, maar het is een teken dat de lamp geen water meer kan vasthouden van het vocht dat uit de ruimte wordt opgenomen. Het is aan te raden de lamp met een droge doek af te vegen en aan te steken zodat deze kan drogen en de luchtvochtigheid in huis helpt reguleren. In de herfst en winter kunnen we de lampen uit voorzorg in een bak zetten die eventuele lekkage tegenhoudt en zo beschermen we ook de meubels. Het is aan te raden de lampen regelmatig aan te zetten, dit verlengt de levensduur en we kunnen langer genieten van de weldadige effecten. Lampen worden heel weinig in de tijd verbruikt, maar lampen die door vocht zeer zelden worden gebruikt, kunnen in korte tijd vergaan.

Plaats de lamp op een plek die niet toegankelijk is voor huisdieren. Huisdieren kunnen likken aan de steen. Overmatige zoutinname kan leiden tot ernstige gezondheidsproblemen.

These Bamboo Pillowcases Made Me Realize I Sleep Hot

I bought these mostly because I kept hearing people talk about bamboo pillowcases and honestly thought it sounded a little overhyped, but I totally get it now. The first thing I noticed was how cool they felt compared to regular cotton. I tend to get warm when I sleep and flip my pillow a million times during the night looking for the cold side, and these actually stay noticeably cooler longer.
They also feel really soft without having that weird slippery texture some silky pillowcases have. My skin has been less irritated lately and my hair definitely looks less frizzy in the mornings. I have thick hair that tangles easily overnight, and these have helped more than I expected.
Another thing I appreciate is that they’ve washed well so far. I was worried they’d pill or lose softness after a wash cycle, but they still feel smooth and nice. They also just make the bed feel cleaner and more comfortable overall. One of those small upgrades that ends up making a bigger difference than you’d think.
