Ze zijn lichter en dunner dan de meeste automatische XC-pedalen en hebben een zeer lage stapelhoogte, terwijl ze een breder platformoppervlak bieden. Dit ontwerp verbetert de stabiliteit, controle en prestaties, zelfs op technisch terrein.

Het brede platform zorgt voor maximaal contact tussen de schoen en het pedaal, waardoor de krachtoverbrenging wordt geoptimaliseerd. In tegenstelling tot traditionele XC pedalen waar de ondersteuning beperkt is tot het schoenplaatje, bieden ALT XC Clipless pedalen directe ondersteuning op het pedaal, waardoor de drukpunten worden verminderd en de trapefficiëntie over lange afstanden wordt verbeterd.

Ze zijn geschikt voor SPD en hebben een roestvrijstalen mechanisme voor schoon, snel en betrouwbaar vast- en losmaken. Het open midden zorgt voor een uitstekende modderspeling, voor consistente prestaties in moeilijke omstandigheden. De verstelbare Q-factor (51, 55 of 59 mm) maakt een nauwkeurige afstelling van de pedaalpositie mogelijk.

Deze pedalen zijn CNC gefreesd en geassembleerd in de VS en hebben een robuuste constructie met roestvrijstalen assen, wrijvingsarme cartridge lagers en versterkte afdichtingen. Ze overtreffen de EN/ISO veiligheidsnormen en hebben een garantie van 5 jaar.

Bonus- I've washed them and put them in the dryer (following their instructions), and they haven't shrunk; they look about the same and are nice and soft.

Great for the entire family but expensive
So far so good. The brand of boxers we had been buying changed their style and construction so we needed to find an alternative. These have held up well so far to multiple weeks of frequent washing and wearing from the entire family. We did size up from the usual 6/M we normally buy and ordered large to prevent the legs from rolling up which worked out great. Our daughter likes the length and how soft the fabric is for wearing under skirts and gym shorts and liners stay put without moving or leaking as another reviewer mentioned. Our son says they are comfortable and fit well being just supportive enough without being constrictive. We all agree that there seems to be not enough fabric in the back as they tend to be much tighter across the backside than the front and that also causes the waist band to ride lower in the back than the front. These have better seam placement than some brands we tried with no seam across the lady bits and no seam down the middle of the back side so they are more much comfortable but the cost is also much higher and that is why we're only giving it 4 stars. These will stay in the rotation until we find something cheaper that both us and the kids like.

These are by far the softest and most comfortable underwear I have ever owned. The leg portion absolutely does roll up as so many others have mentioned, however, I did not find that to be uncomfortable at all just annoying that they don’t stay in place.
