Waarom D3 en K2 vaak samengaan

D3 en K2 zijn allebei vetoplosbaar en worden in supplementen graag gecombineerd. Vitamine D draagt bij tot een normaal calciumgehalte in het bloed en tot een normale opname en benutting van calcium en fosfor. Vitamine K draagt op zijn beurt bij tot de instandhouding van normale botten. In een vitamine d3 k2 supplement vullen ze elkaar qua gebruiksdoel aan, zeker in periodes met weinig daglicht waarin veel mensen extra D3 nemen.

Vitamine K2 als menaquinon-4

De vitamine K2 in deze formule is menaquinon-4, kortweg MK-4. Dat is een specifieke vorm van vitamine K2. Per capsule krijg je er 45 µg van, naast de 25 µg vitamine D3. Vitamine D draagt bij tot de normale werking van het immuunsysteem en tot de instandhouding van normale botten en tanden, en vitamine K draagt bij tot een normale bloedstolling. Samen in één plantaardige capsule maakt dat dagelijkse inname eenvoudig.

Plantaardige capsules voor dagelijks gebruik

De capsules zijn klein, plantaardig en makkelijk door te slikken. De ingredientenlijst is overzichtelijk: naast de twee vitamines bevat de capsule rijstmeel, een cellulose-omhulsel en een paar hulpstoffen, zonder overbodige toevoegingen. Omdat het om vetoplosbare vitamines gaat, neem je deze vitamine d3 k2 capsules bij voorkeur tijdens een maaltijd. Een pot bevat 120 capsules, goed voor een ruime voorraad.

I wear mine indoors and out for short trips to the patio and backyard. The sole material looks to be durable enough to last more than one season with this type of use. The footbed itself has just the right amount of padding: not so much that the foot can slid to the side and not so thin you can feel the joints in a tile floor ;-)
