  • Druivensoort(en): 100% Cabernet Franc aangeplant in 1999. Heel stenige topgrond, vooral tufsteen. Perceel op een helling in het midden van de Puy Notre Dame heuvel (73 meter hoogte), expositie op het zuidwesten. Handmatige oogst.
  • In de kelder: Alle druiven worden ontsteelt, spontane gisting en maceratie voor 10 dagen in houten vaten, zachte 'infusie' van de schillen, 7 maanden rijping op eikenhouten vaten, gebotteld zonder klaren, filteren en sulfiet.
