Viola Heyn-Johnsen and Jonas Trampedach are a husband-and-wife team with a shared passion for materials, objects and craftsmanship. Viola has a master’s in Visual Communication and has spent the last fifteen years working with graphic design, styling, art direction and product development. Jonas graduated from the Royal College of Art in 2009, before establishing his own design studio in Copenhagen. The studio focuses on products, furniture and lighting using diverse approaches to materials processes and techniques, with Trampedach’s work ranging from industrially produced designs to one-of-a-kind commissions.
