De soort naald en afmetingen beïnvloeden bij de mechanische grammofoons het weergave-volume. Keuze uit de volgende soorten: "PPP/Extra Zacht" met nummer 406459, "PP/Zacht" met nummer 406460, "Medium" met nummer 406461, "Forte/Luid" met nummer 406462, "Extra Forte/Extra Luid" met nummer 406463. Ten slotte is er dan nog een extra geharde "Forte/Luide uitvoering", waarmee per naald 3 tot 5 plaatkanten kunnen worden afgespeeld, onder nummer 401886.
