Deze Champagne Réserve Brut heeft een vloeiende, glinsterende strogele kleur met schittering en flitsen van lichter geel. Een levendige stroom van kleine belletjes zorgt voor een aanhoudende ring van mousse bovenaan in het glas. Alle kenmerken van deze wijn zijn zowel rijk als fris.
De eerste sensaties op de neus bevestigen de belofte van het oog. Aroma's van groene appel met suggesties van citroen, abrikoos, mandarijn en verse amandel, allemaal geaccentueerd door een vleugje jodium. Terwijl de wijn ademt, onthult hij tonen van zwarte bes, perzik, bloedsinaasappel, verse druiven, granaatappel en zoethout, plus een vleugje anijs, vuursteen, kruidnagel en jeneverbes.


In de mond is de aanzet rijk en fris met een zachte, romige mousse. Vervolgens komt een volle, krachtige fruitigheid naar voren die wordt ondersteund door de aanhoudende smaak van citrusvruchten. In het midden van het palette draait het om mineraliteit van klei en krijt bodem die volheid, fruitigheid en een zekere wellust geeft van karakter en het voegt een duidelijke beet en lengte toe aan de tong. Een bijzonder goed beoordeelde dosering verbetert de krijtachtige structuur die gedurfde, maar toch elegante fruitigheid geeft voordat het leidt tot een heerlijke afdronk die zich onderscheidt door tonen van zout en umami. Het evenwicht tussen het palette en de afdronk zorgt voor concentratie en consistentie en laat het uiteindelijke gevoel van een verkoelende zeebries en menthol achter om heerlijk te blijven hangen.

Follow the template
Format: Paperback
Not much different from the 2005 ed, which was good Version 4, it is practically verbatim. The only major change I can see is the Story Template changed all of the terminology and dropped Act III all together leaving it pretty much up to the reader to figure out how to close the presentation. I prefer the V.1 template over this one. Slicker paper and color photos, and the story boarding is more developed. Following the template is key to pulling the presentation off. A good portion of the book is still geared toward a Corporate audience with the assumption that the reader is an upper-level manager with a team of employees to do your work for you. Know what you are getting into. The creation of an effective 15 minute presentation can take hours for a solopreneur. I use the 45 minute format to create 15/20 minute training videos. I will recommend this book to anyone who creates and delivers PPT presentations, can focus and stick to the plan.
