Wijngaarden (35 ha) zijn sinds 2015 bio, vanaf oogst 2021 biodynamisch (Demeter) gecertificeerd. Jongste Mathieu (1982) is de wijnmaker, heeft daarvoor een imposante cuverie en kelder met kleine houten vaten, tronconische foeders, cementen cuves en amforas tot zijn beschikking.
