Architecture of Luxury - Tokyo Edition

Paul Goldberger

Paul Goldberger, door de Huffington Post "de leidende figuur in de architectuurkritiek" genoemd, is momenteel redacteur bij Vanity Fair. Van 1997 tot 2011 was hij architectuurcriticus voor The New Yorker. Hij bekleedt ook de Joseph Urban Chair in Design and Architecture aan de New School in New York City, waar hij voorheen decaan was van de Parsons School of Design.

Hij begon zijn carrière bij The New York Times, waar zijn architectuurkritiek in 1984 werd bekroond met de Pulitzer Prize for Distinguished Criticism, de hoogste onderscheiding in de Amerikaanse journalistiek. Goldberger is ook de auteur van verschillende boeken, waaronder Building Art: The Life and Work of Frank Gehry, Christo and Jeanne-Claude en Why Architecture Matters.
